Free Delivery Within Germany and Spain

We offer free delivery across all 16 federal states of Germany on the first attempted delivery and Free delivery across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Surcharges may apply to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. 

  • There are no restrictions on order value or order size.
  • All German deliveries are fulfilled through DHL.

Shipping to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein (EFTA Countries)

Orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein are treated as international exports from the EU and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and local clearance charges.

Delivery to EU Member States (Surcharged)

Deliveries from our Magdeburg and Madrid fulfilment centre to EU member states outside Germany and Spain are managed by DHL Express and are subject to surcharges based on weight and destination zone.

Delivery Coverage:
We deliver to all 27 EU member states, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Germany and Spain (via DHL): 2–4 business days.
  • Other EU states (via DHL Express): 4–7 business days, depending on destination.

Customers receive full tracking details via email, and SMS updates are available where a mobile number is provided.
