We are happy to consider bespoke products. We can provide you with two tiers of bespoke manufacturing:

Option 2
The second type is when you provide us with a completely fresh design and we check to see whether we can make it in wood. We anticipate that the drawing will be very different from any of our existing designs. Once we’ve reached an agreement, the customer will own the design rights to the product and will have exclusive rights to it.
- In all circumstances, Artisan Furniture makes the final decision as to whether a new product falls into option 1 or option 2.
- Please note that the customized items are subject to our usual terms.

Delivery Timeline
The standard delivery time is from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.
Price on Request
Price on Request and this might marginally vary once the final product is ready (+/- 5%).
Sketch on Request
Disclaimer: We are happy to supply a sketch upon request. Please keep in mind that the drawing proportions are approximate, and the final product dimensions may vary depending on how the artisans make the goods.
The dimensions listed on the sketch are solely for reference.
Product Specifications
All product specs must be communicated to our design team in a clear and concise manner.
Cancellation
We do not accept any cancellations, refunds, changes, or replacements of bespoke products.
Non Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all bespoke orders.
Picture Approval
Photos will be shared prior to delivery.
Payment before delivery
Before delivery, the remaining payment must be paid in full; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
Bespoke Pricing Adjustment Guidelines
If you choose to modify the finish or upholstery fabric of your item, the pricing will be adjusted as follows, provided the design, size, accessories, configuration, and packaging remain unchanged:
• Finish Change: +7% price increase due to additional processing and production modifications.
• Fabric Change (excluding leather): +7% price increase for switching between fabric types (e.g., from velvet to tweed).
• Fabric to Leather: Case to case basis with no fixed guidelines.
• Leather to Fabric: Case to case basis with no fixed guidances.
Note: These bespoke pricing adjustments ensure that your customized piece meets our highest quality standards while accommodating the necessary modifications. Since each request requires additional resources and adjustments to our production process, these price changes reflect the complexity of customization while maintaining efficiency.
